With a diverse background in project management and the fruits and vegetables sector, Ruben is adept at overseeing complex logistics and ensuring efficient operations. Currently serving as Project Manager at Dario Remodels since January 2020, he handles all aspects of remodeling project logistics and client communications. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Tienda Dario, an independent grocery store serving local communities with household items from March 2011 to December 2019. 

His earlier experience includes roles as a Classifier at Avicola Triple A SAS, where he managed the classification, packaging, and transportation of eggs, supervising a team of 13 employees, and as Project Manager at Yopal Laudromat, where he managed finances and maintained equipment from February 2006 to January 2008. He possess strong skills in planting, inspection, packaging, and transportation, with established contacts in the avocado industry and exportation regulations.
